Online Workshop: Breathwork x Forgiveness


What comes to your mind when you think of the word 'forgiveness'? Do you get emotional images of tears, hugs, or repairing a relationship? Or are you repulsed by someone who hurt you?

What really is 'forgiveness'? It is not a sign of weakness. It doesn’t discount your suffering or make someone "right," but it is a process that frees you from negative feelings controlling your life.

Forgiveness is a gift to yourself.

Access the gift of forgiveness by joining us for our online Breathwork x Forgiveness workshop on April 18th at 7pm PST.

This will be a heart-opening experience where you will practice a guided 3-part breathing technique (no experience needed!) and release any old stories and pain so that you can feel lighter.

Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with further logistics, the link to access the event, and what you will need.
